Saturday Baking :)

I've been a bit slack again!! But it is summer I guess!! Been out and about! Plus with the terrible earthquake that has hit Christchurch, I have had to work a lot of extra hours at work, but I finally have a day off! And what better way to spend a saturday, then to do some baking! I baked this caramelised nectarine and raspberry cake for my parents and these peanut butter blossoms for my boyfriend and colleagues!!

The necatrine/raspberry cake is from taste.co.nz,  it was a great way to use up a few nectraines that were
pretty ripe! My mum said it was delish...but then she has to say that right! The peanut butter blossom recipe is from the gorgeous blog Bake At 350. I was a bit scared because I haven't had much luck in the past using American recipes! If you want to know the kiwi amounts, its about 114g butter and the oven should be 180 degress! I also used normal chocolate buttons, beacause I didn't have hersheys kisses onhand, and it made it a lot cheaper also. Anyway, they turned out awesome!! Don't know if my colleagues will actually see any afterall!!
